Dinkas struck on Western-Nuer civilians E-mail: yien2007@ymail.com Saturday, 17th September 2011 Public Statement The latest report from our intelligent indicates that heavily equipped Dinka civilians who dressed themselves in military fashion, struck on Western-Nuer civilians killed innocent children, women and men. The source said that this deadly project was designed to massacre, displace and also to raid the Nuer cattle in Unity State. The reporter added that these heavily armed Dinka civilians came from (Warap State) to promote insecurity and poverty in Unity State. The SPLA-Dinka-military officers were behind this attack. The (SSNRM), has condemned this cowardly attack in the strongest term. The None-Dinkas must free themselves from Dinka people to achieve permanent peace and security in the region. There is no point to forgive the Dinkas at this stage because they have been killing and marginalising the None-Dinkas since the birth of the so-called SPLM / SPLA in 1983. In August 2011, a heavily armed Dinka-Bor youth group launched an attack on Lou-Nuer civilians in Jonglei State killed innocent men, women and children. These Dinka youth were heavily equipped by SPLA-Senior- Dinka -military officials to massacre Lou-Nuer civilians, raid their cattle and also to internally displace them. The source said that the survivors of this genocide were serious injured and their valuables were taken by the attackers. The Western-Nuer should respond immediately to the massive killing of innocent Nuer civilians in Unity State. The Western-Nuer and their associates have right to re-arm and go straight to (Warap State) to return their cattle. There is no need to be patient at this stage because the Dinkas have been promoting insecurity in Southern Sudan for more than two decades. Western-Nuer must successfully liberate Greater Bahr al-Ghazal region from Dinkas in order to live in sustainable lifestyles. The Dinka people call themselves first-class-citizens and also they claim that they are born to rule and not to be ruled. In conclusion, the Republic of South Sudan must be completely liberated from Dinkas to gain permanent peace and security. The SPLM / SPLA-Dinkas have been destablising the whole region since the establishment of the so-called (SPLM /SPLA in 1983, in Pilpam, Ethiopia. The Dinka people want to get rid of all None-Dinkas and grab their lands. Due to this reasons, the None-Dinkas should mobilise themselves without delay to free the entire region from Dinka people through the barrel of the guns. It is not too late to internally and externally displace the arrogant Dinkas through the use excessive force. They call themselves (new masters) of the Republic of South Sudan while they don’t know how lead the people. The newly created state will never achieve the real peace and security under Dinka leadership because they are not true leaders. A real leader looks after the welfare of his / her people to gain popularity. Mr. Salfa Kir Mayardit, who came into power after the announcement of the killing of the late Col. / Dr. John Garang in the year 2005, totally failed to provide good leadership across the region and he wants to stay in power forever. This symbol president must be removed from power through the barrel of the guns and not through peaceful dialogue. This is not a time peace; it is a time for the real war between Dinkas and None-Dinkas. The None-Dinka civilians must heavily re arm themselves to liberate the whole region from Dinka people. Are None-Dinkas second-class-citizens? Are None-Dinkas born to be ruled by Dinkas? Are None-Dinka powerless women? Did the Dinka people find women’s home? Signed; Yien Lam Tot Former Secretary for External Affairs of (SSUDA) and Chairman of the (SSNRM |
